1. Eligibility Criteria:

• The campaign is only applicable to the customers collecting their home remittances from any branch/booth of HBL Currency Exchange across Pakistan.
• All remittances received through HBL Currency Exchange branches, with no minimum or maximum limit, make the customer eligible for one scratch card per successful transaction and to enter daily grand lucky draw of PKR 25,000.
• Only successful transaction will be eligible in this campaign.
• HBL Currency Exchange Staff (permanent / contractual) are not eligible to participate in the campaign.

2. Campaign Period & Duration:

• Campaign is for the above-mentioned Period, with lucky draw on daily basis. Transactions made outside this period will not be considered for the campaign.
• The decision of HBL CE regarding the selection of winners will be final and cannot be contested.

3. Winner Selection & Prize Details:

• One winner will be selected everyday through a transparent and computerized lucky draw system/Balloting.
• The winner of scratch card will also automatically qualify to participate for daily grand lucky draw.
• A customer can receive multiple scratch cards on multiple transactions, increasing their chances to win the mega prize of PKR 25,000.
• One winner per day will receive a Cash Prize, worth Rs. 25,000 (After deduction of applicable taxes).
• The Cash Prize will not be exchangeable with any other prize.
• The Exchange Company is not responsible for any damages, claims, or any other-related issues.

4. Announcement and Prize Distribution:

• Winner of the Daily Cash Prize will be announced every subsequent day on the social media platforms HBL Currency Exchange.
• The winner will also be intimated through a Call via official number of the Company.
• Lucky draw will be conducted from Monday to Friday.
• Winner of the previous day’s transactions will be announced on the next working day.
• Transactions executed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be balloted collectively on Monday.
• To claim the prize, the winner must present valid identification (e.g., CNIC or passport) and provide proof of the eligible remittance transaction (e.g., remittance receipt or transaction number).
• If a winner does not claim their prize within 30 days, HBL CE reserves the right to disqualify them.
• In case beneficiary is not traceable within the business hours on next working day or in case winner of Friday, Saturday, and Sunday transactions not traceable on Monday, the lucky draw will be cancelled.
• In case after winning the prize, the customer is unable to provide relevant information (Original CNIC and Receipt), the customer will lose the right to claim the win prize.
• Customer will be contacted by the respective branch/booth to hand over The Cash Prize.
• HBL CE will never ask for personal or confidential information of the customers. The HBL CE will only ask for original CNIC and Receipt at the time of handing over of cash prize.
• Prize money neither can be claimed nor will be handed over to any third party except the customer winning the prize.

5. Promotion and Media Use:

• By participating, winners agree to allow HBL CE to use their names and images for marketing purposes. HBL CE reserves the right to publish winners' details on its social media platforms.

6. Taxes and Deductions

• Taxes are applicable as per the prevailing law by government of Pakistan and will be borne by the winner.

7. General Terms & Conditions

• These Terms & Conditions are subject to change at HBL CE’s discretion.
• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
• HBL CE is the final decision-making authority for the Campaign and processing of the Results.
• Details of this campaign will be published on the Company’s website/Social Media Platforms. It is the customer's responsibility to refer to the terms and condition and other details and understand how and when it will apply, accrue and paid if eligible.
• HBL CE reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend, suspend, terminate, or discontinue the campaign at any time without prior notice, and to revise these terms and conditions by updating its official website & social media platforms. The company also reserves the right to disqualify any participant at any stage of the campaign.
